Sarah has a strong accountancy background along with significant corporate finance experience. She is a Chartered Accountant and a Member of the Securities and Investment Institute.
Before joining Montpellier Capital in January 2008, Sarah was a Corporate Finance Director at Baker Tilly, where she worked for a wide range of private and public companies.
Sarah has experience of public company transactions on AIM and PLUS and has been involved with a number of flotations. She also enjoys working with owner managed businesses and is familiar with assisting to develop business plans, forecasts and strategies.
Sarah is familiar with advising on a full range of transactions, including acquisitions and disposals, fund raisings and MBOs, as well as carrying out valuations and due diligence assignments.
